SC 4 deposed Judges take oath

The four deposed Judges have taken oath here today, following the notification of re-appointment of two deposed Judges of the Supreme Court and the elevation of two deposed Judges of Sindh High Court (SHC) to SC Judge.

Justice Sardar Raza and Justice Nasirul Mulk are included among the Judges re-appointed, while SHC Justice Sabihuddin and Justice Sarmad Jalal Usmani are elevated to the posts of SC Judge.

SC Chief Justice, Abdul Hameed Dogar administered the oath. It is learnt that the tenure of employment of these Judges will be effective from the date of their oath taking.
