Ruling alliance to finalize charge sheet today

The Special Draft committee of the ruling coalition on Saturday held it’s meeting to discuss the charge sheet against President Musharraf. The meeting was held in the chamber of Leader of the House in Senate Raza Rabbani.

The committee decided to prepare a detailed charge sheet on constitutional irregularities, misuse of power and misconduct of the president.

Sherry Rehman, Farooq H. Naek, Mian Raza Rabbani, Farhat ullah Babar and Ahsan Iqbal attended the meeting. PML-N Ishaq Dar could not attend due to some personal reason.

The committee further discussed ruling coalition’s strategy for August 11 National Assembly session.

Special draft Committee will meet again today to finalize the draft of charge sheet against the president.
