Punjab needs full-scale anti terror operation: Taseer

Governor of Punjab Salman Taseer has said that the operation against terrorists should not be restricted to the tribal areas but Punjab also needs full-scale anti-terror operation.

Talking to newsmen after inquiring about the health of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) MNA Rasheed Akbar Niwani at Sheikh Zaid Hospital in Lahore, the governor said that the suicide bombers not belong to any faith. he called all political parties to join hands for the national security.

Salman Taseer said that the government would continue operation against the enemies of the country and Islam. The terrorists would reach to their logical end soon, he added.
