President not to attend OIC Summit due to political situation

President Pervez Musharraf would not attend the upcoming Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) summit scheduled to be held this month in Senegal. Caretaker Foreign Minister Inaam-ul-Haq will represent Pakistan in the moot, sources said. The President would not attend the OIC summit at Dakar, capital of Senegal, on March 13-14 owing to existing political situation in the country, sources in Islamabad said.
The presidency sources said the president not attending the summit meeting of OIC due to situation related to the government formation and other important matters.
