PPPP for participation of coalition partners in central government

Information Secretary PPPP Sherry Rehman on Friday said that her party would like the full- fledged participation of the coalition partners in government at center.
Talking to a private television channel the PPPP leader said that country was facing a lot of challenges and it comply on the political leadership to demonstrate extra wisdom.
The anti-democratic forces will remain active to create rift among the ranks of coalition partners and divide the democratic forces but their designs can be failed if the leadership remains alert to such moves, she said.
Sherry said that assembling of the parliamentarians of three major political parties at one platform at PPPP invitation was a symbol of unity among the pro-democratic forces and it gave a message of hope to the people.
She said the PPPP is a symbol of federation in the country and its candidate for the slot of prime minister can be from any province.
The sudden tragedy of Benazir’s martyrdom has put the entire nation and particularly the party in a state of shock and the process of consultation is going on to settle all the matters including the prime minister candidate, she added.
