Zardari’s cases can’t be re-opened now, say Swiss Govt

The Swiss govt have told Pakistan govt that cases against President Zardari can’t be re-opened now. As per the Law Ministry sources, the Swiss officials have sent responses to the Pakistan regime over re-opening of President Zardari’s cases in their country.

The Swiss authorities have said in the letter that these types of cases used to be time bound in their country and now that time have ended, so those cases cannot be opened again. The Supreme Court will be informed about this current letter and respond of the Swiss govt about re-opening of cases against President Zardari, added the sources.

On the other side, the Law ministry has approached the Pakistani Embassy in Switzerland to get more details about Swiss cases.
