The Deputy Chief of (US) Mission, Richard Hoagland, today dispelled the impression that Washington was supporting Minhaj-ul-Quran chief, Allama Tahir-ul-Qadri,who’s uneasy the govt with a long march.
“US administration doesn’t bet on individuals or political parties and Qadri is not an exception at all,” said he speaking with press here in Islamabad.
On drone strikes in Waziristan and Mulla Nazir’s killing in one of the same, he said America’s position against terrorism was unshakable, adding it would go as far as it took to battle the menace off.
“Washington will never leave Islamabad alone in the war on terror. We will see our ally through till the end. We wish a stable and stronger Pakistan no matter what,” said he.
