PML-N to remain committed with principled stand

In a consultative meeting of Muslim League-N with Mian Nawaz Sharif in chair the party decided to remain committed over its principled stand over the issues of restoration of deposed judges and impeachment of the president.

Mian Nawaz Sharif has left after the party meeting to meet PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari at Zardari House Islamabad.

JUI leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman would also attend the meeting. Awami National Party Leader Asfandyar Wali could not attend the meeting due to illness but a representative of the party would attend the coalition meeting.

Muslim League-N leader Ahsan Iqbal after the meeting said that the party wants restoration of the Nov. 2 judiciary adding that the coalition leaders would hold decisive talks today.

He said the coalition partners and pro-democracy forces have to take important decisions for survival of the democratic system.
