Prime Minister Makhdoom Yousuf Raza Gilani telephoned Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) chief Mian Nawaz Sharif and discussed the expansion of the federal cabinet, parliamentary secretaries and the appointment of heads of the standing committees.

PML-N Chief nominated Chaudhry Nisar Ali to enter negotiations with Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) over the affairs regarding the parliamentary secretaries and appointments of the chairmen of standing committees.

Mian Nawaz Sharif assured the Prime Minister of his full-fledged cooperation with the government.
