Petition filed against Burney

A Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) member has filed a petition against Caretaker Federal Minister Ansar Burney for giving protocol to Indian national Kashmir Singh.

Petitioner MD Tahir argues that the minister should work to release deposed chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and his family.
