Pakistan to head Saarc chamber after 14 years
Pakistan after 14 years would head the Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) for a two-year term commencing from January 1, 2008.
All seven members countries of the SCCI, Pakistan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, head this prestigious body in rotation for a two-year term.
Former President FPCCI Tariq Sayeed to be the next President of SCCI while Iftikhar Ali Malik to be next Vice President of SCCI for Pakistan Chapter.
