Pakistan Muslim League president, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that talking about the merger of Muslim League factions was a welcome change and a good omen for the country and the nation, while accepting or not accepting anyone’s leadership was a secondary thing, the real issue was pulling out the country from the crisis.

Talking to the media at Allama Iqbal International Airport on his return from London and Germany tour, Chaudhry Shujaat said that no one could deny this fact that getting together of the Muslim League would be in the interest of the country and the nation, but the problem was with its modus operandi, what should it be.

Responding to a question, Chaudhry Shujaat said that there was no seventh man from six in the forward bloc of Muslim League-Q, who have no status and the talk of change of leadership would come to the fore in party election. To another question, he said he had talked to the former President, Pervez Musharraf, who denied the news about his coming back to politics or assuming the leadership of Muslim league-Q.
