Murtuza Bhutto murder case hearing adjourned until April 12

The local court here, summoning People’s Party Co-Chairman, Asif Ali Zardari (AAZ), adjourned the hearing of Mir Murtuza Bhutto murder case until April 12.
Additional District and Session Judge, Karachi (East), Nasim Mansur, who during the earlier hearing had summoned AAZ for witness, heard the case today, when AAZ’s lawyer Shahadat Awan submitting a written request prayed for exempting his client’s appearance in the court. Shahadat Awan in his petition said, “AAZ due to his busy engagements in political matters in Islamabad could not appear in the court.”
The court once again summoning PPP Co-Chairman adjourned the hearing of the case until April 12.
