Lawyers do what politicians couldn’t says SharifChief of Muslim League (N) and former prime minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif said that the politicians could not do what lawyers do for the country. Addressing Peshawar High Court Bar Association, Nawaz Sharif said that lawyers do what political parties could not managed to do collectively and this is the reason he visited Peshawar to pay tributes to lawyers of Peshawar. Sharif has announced that ‘ Youm-i-Ahad’ would be observed on February 6 to express solidarity with the lawyers. He said that on February 6, all candidates of Muslim League (N) would take oath in Lahore for not to endorse November 3 measures after assuming the power. Sharif reiterating his demand for the restoration of sacked judges. He paid rich tribute to the lawyers for their movement for the restoration of the judiciary and the judges who could not take oath under PCO. Sharif said non-PCO judges are national heroes, and will be remembered for generations to come.
