Larger bench to hear petition about Graduation for parliamentarians

Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar constituted special seven member larger bench to hear a petition about condition of graduation for parliamentarian for contesting election of Senate, National and Provincial Assemblies.The bench comprising of Chief Justice of Pakistan Abdul Hameed Dogar, Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar, Justice Ejaz-ul-Hassan Khan , Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Yousuf, Justice Moosa K.Leghari, Justice Syed Zawwar Hussain Jaffery, Justice Syed Sakhi Hussain Bukhari.The bench will hear the constitutional petition on April 18 on Friday. The petition was filed by Nasir and others under article 184 (3) of the constitution.
