Judges restoration draft prepared: Naek
The last meeting of Judges Restoration Committee ended here late on Wednesday night. Federal Law Minister and head of the committee Farooq H. Naek, said while talking to media, judges restoration draft has been prepared. Final decision will be taken by PPP’s co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and PML-N chief Mian Nawaz Sharif.He further said Aitzaz and Abdul Hafeez Pirzada differ on some points.He also said the committee has finalized the draft, so no further meetings are required.Replying to a question about resignation of Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim from the committee, the minister said that they were working under democratic principles and “in democracy every individual has right to express his point of view.”Chaudry Aitzaz, Raza Rabbani, Shahbaz Sharif, Abdul Hafeez Pirzada and Khwaja Asif were present in the meeting.
