ECP to declare 30 percent polling stations sensitive: DilshadThe Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has decided to declare 30 percent polling stations as sensitive for the upcoming general elections in the country.

Talking to Geo News in Karachi, Secretary election commission Kunwar Muhammad Dilshad said the work is on progress to declare 30 percent of the total polling stations in the country as sensitive.

The ECP has directed the provinces to dispatch lists of the sensitive polling stations to the commission soon, he further said.

After complaints about transfers of officials in Sindh, the provincial government has cancelled the transfers on intervention of the election commission, Dilshad said.

The election commission has reiterated to the provinces to avoid transfers of officials till completion of the electoral process, he added.
