Coalition meeting ends at PM House

The meeting of ruling coalition partners Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shahbaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari along with Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has ended late on Wednesday.

According to the sources Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani said that law minister Farooq H. Naek did not inform him that he did not take coalition partners in confidence. Whereas PM before signing the summary asked Naek categorically to take PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif in confidence about the summary of restoration of SHC Judges.

Naek informed Gilani that he has already taken Nawaz Sharif in confidence regarding summary, sources added.

Nawaz asked to halt the decision of restoring the SHC judges.

Nawaz Sharif left the meeting earlier on Wednesday whereas the meeting between Prime Minister, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Shahbaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari still continued at PM House till late Wednesday.

Combine press conference would be held on Thursday in the afternoon, all briefing would be given to media personnel.
